Malaysian Buddhist
Consultative Council (MBCC) will organise a National Annual All Night Chanting and Blessing Service from 25th August 2012 (Saturday) to 26th
August 2012 (Sunday) at Samadhi Vihara Shah Alam, Selangor (1B, Jalan
Pegaga U12/8 Section U 12, Kawasan Perindustrian Bukit Raja, 40170 Shah Alam,
Selangor). The event is to invoke the blessings of the Noble Triple Gem for the
good health of our Sovereign, peace, prosperity and economic stability of
Malaysia and for tolerance, patience, understanding and harmony amongst
Malaysians in conjunction with the 55th National Day of Malaysia.
The Chairman of
MBCC, Eddy Wong Eng Tat said, the All Night Chanting and Blessing Service is an
annual event of MBCC and have so far been the 12th. Buddhist
practices repaying of the four type of kindness and one of which is to our
Sovereignty and the Government to govern and maintaining the unity, peace,
harmony and prosperity of her citizens. The programmes include oil lamp
lighting ceremony, chanting and blessing by three major traditions, dharma
talks and Sanghika Dana.
MBCC wish to invite
the members of Sangha and all Buddhists to participate in the above programme.
